We are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the consumer arbitration board.

3. By submitting the order form provided on our website, a binding offer is made for a purchase contract with us. To submit an offer, you must enter all the information required during the ordering process and you must submit the order form using the “complete purchase” button. Before sending the offer, you can see the data you entered and correct any errors.
4. At the time of receiving your order, we will send you an email with the confirmation of receipt of the order and we will indicate the details of the order (order confirmation). Please note that order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your contractual offer, but is used for informational purposes only.
5. A purchase contract between you and SOYREPUBLICA INC will be effective only after we accept the offer by sending the requested products. If you selected prepayment as a payment option, products will be shipped only after the full amount is credited to our account.
6. SOYREPUBLICA INC has the right to reject any offer without the need to indicate a reason, especially if there are legitimate reasons to suspect that the intention is to resell the products purchased through the Internet on a commercial basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can revoke your purchase contract within 14 days stating the reasons (were you attached to the law or civil code in the US?)

Simply send us a revocation notice within the specified cancellation period for the 14-day cancellation period to be granted.

CONSEQUENCES

If you terminate your purchase contract, we are required to reimburse you for all payments you have made, not including shipping costs, immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the revocation.
The payment method that was used to complete the transaction will also be used for the refund, unless we have explicitly agreed to refund otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.
We reserve the right to withhold refund until we receive the returned items or until we receive notification that you have returned the items, whichever comes first.
Items must be returned immediately and no later than fourteen days after the date you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The term will be granted if the items are returned within fourteen days. We will take care of all the expenses that are generated due to the return shipments.
You should only compensate us for any loss related to the value, only if this loss is attributed to unnecessary management, which goes beyond the admissible proof of the condition of the item, its characteristics and its function.
The cancellation policy only remains in force if the purchased product was not altered or modified. Garment adjustments void the cancellation policy.

1. In addition to your legal right of return, SOYREPUBLICA also offers you the following right of voluntary return:
   All items featured on www.soyrepublica.com can be returned to www.soyrepublica.com within 30 days of receipt. The right of voluntary return only applies to items without faults that are in their original condition, that have not been used, altered or washed and that have all the attached labels.
2. Return shipments

   2. All return shipments are made only through the same shipping service that was used for the original shipment (DHL) along with the invoice or return label attached to the original package. The documents and instructions necessary to return the items will be included in the package.
   3. Please note that we can only accept returns from the country the item was shipped to. If the shipment was made to Mexico, for example, we can only accept a return from Mexico.

4. Gift card

5. Promotion code
   1.  Promotion codes have different validity periods and can be used to buy any product available on the website, except for additional gift cards. To determine the validity period, see the document that contains the promotion code.
   2. Changes or refunds of promotional codes that were part of a commercial promotion or that you may have received on behalf of SOYREPUBLICA are not allowed. It is not allowed to use the promotion codes outside the standard return period established in our terms and conditions.
   3. SOYREPUBLICA reserves the right to cancel or block the promotion code, if it considers it necessary for legal reasons, for example, if you lose it or use it incorrectly. SOYREPUBLICA will inform you immediately in the event that you cancel or block the promotion code.
   4.  Return policy for orders placed through a promotion code:
      If you exercise the legal right of return or our voluntary return policy, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the returned items. If you only return one of the items in the order, the value of the promotion code will be adjusted accordingly and only the amount corresponding to the returned item will be refunded. The promotion code loses its validity in proportion to the value of the returned item. If you return the entire order, the full amount will be refunded, but the promotion code can no longer be used for future purchases. Please note that sales campaign promotion codes cannot be replaced or refunded.

Please note that we cover the insurance of the products and all the costs generated by the shipping documents. The prices of the products, include VAT and customs taxes. Please note that you are responsible for paying bank charges that are generated in foreign countries.
In case of return, no customs tax, import sales tax or DHL handling fee will be refunded.

1. Accepted payment methods
   You can pay for the order you make in SOYREPUBLICA through:

2. Payment with a gift card
   2.1 When making a purchase with a gift card, simply enter the gift card code in the designated field at checkout. Click on the “add code” option in the last step of the payment process. If the order amount exceeds the gift card balance, select the payment method with which you want to pay the remaining amount. If the gift card balance exceeds the order amount, you can use the same code to make your next purchase. The remaining amount will be available until the credit balance is completely exhausted. It is not possible to disburse the remaining balance of the gift card.
   3. Payment with a promotion code
   3.1 When making a purchase with a promo code, simply enter the promo code in the designated field at checkout. Click on the “add code” option in the last step of the payment process. If the order amount exceeds the balance of the promotion code, select the payment method with which you want to pay the remaining amount.
   4. Compensation
   The customer cannot receive compensation if the counterclaim has no legal backing, was not unanimously approved, is not legitimate, or if a particular claim for damages is covered in the same sales contract.
   5. Right of retention for commercial transactions
   In commercial commerce, the customer’s right to retain products or a service disclaimer cannot be exercised, except for non-legitimate counterclaims established by law or claims for damages covered in the same sales contract.

The products delivered remain the property of SOYREPUBLICA until payment is made in full.

Claims made for defects in delivered products are subject to applicable legal provisions, with the exception that any claim for damage related to defects will be subject exclusively to section 12 below.

1. We are fully responsible for the damage caused or caused by gross negligence. Our responsibility in case of breaches caused by simple negligence of any main or secondary obligation that jeopardizes the achievement of the objective of the contract or whose fulfillment is fundamental for the execution in time and form of the contract and the client can reasonably trust this fulfillment ( “fundamental obligation”), will be limited according to the characteristic of the damage foreseeable for the contract. We are not responsible in the event of non-compliance caused by simple negligence for contractual obligations that are not fundamental obligations.
2. None of this will prejudice our liability in the event that defects or a quality guarantee are intentionally hidden, in case of claims based on the product liability law and in the event of damage caused. for death, bodily injury or damage to health. This does not imply that the burden of proof is revoked to the disadvantage of the customer.
3. Any exclusion or limitation of SOYREPUBLICA’s liability will also extend to the personal liability of its employees, staff members, representatives and indirect agents.
